Refund Policy

1. Registration Fee

• The course registration fee is generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
• Exceptions may be considered in cases where MMCT is unable to offer the selected program or intake.

2. Refund Requests

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the payment reference details.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original source of payment within 7–14 working days.

3. Transaction Failures

• If your transaction fails and the amount is debited, it is usually reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days.
• If not reversed, please contact us with proof of debit and we will coordinate with the payment gateway.

4. Deductions

• Bank charges, gateway fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
